Activities & Centres
-
Tabletop activities are a regular part of our daily program and provide children with opportunities for focused, hands-on learning in a small group or individual setting. Things such as puzzles, sensory materials, sorting games, and more!
-
Circle time supports the development of listening skills, communication, social interaction, and participation. Children are encouraged to share their ideas, take turns, and engage with their peers in a supportive environment.
-
Activities may include painting, drawing, cutting, gluing, and creating with different materials and textures.
-
Centers may include a dramatic play center, kitchen center, science center, art center, dolls & baby center, trains & cars, etc. They will be encouraged to play with friends, share, listen to friends and include others.
-
An important part of our daily routine, providing children with an opportunity to relax, recharge, and support their overall well-being. Children attending in the afternoon will have a quiet period each day for one hour where they may rest in their individual space.
-
Outdoor experiences support the development of gross motor skills, coordination, creativity, and social interaction.
